Casual Spring Style + Best Cold Brew in Washington, DC // Adorn

1201 S St NW, Washington, DC 20009, USA

It's the weekend and there is so much to smile about. Trees are blooming all over Washington, DC and this particular afternoon called for my favorite cold brew from The Coffee Bar at the S St NW location. It sits right at the corner of a pretty neighborhood and the outdoor seating provides a breezy place to sit outside and read a good book. Conversations are lively but hushed. The cheesy scones- which often sell out, and the almond milk lattes are really yummy.

Logan was loving all of this! The warm air was such a delightful feeling. I decided to try out my new booties (from Target, under $40!) and I l-o-v-e them! Booties are such a cute, versatile look, and this color will coordinate with everything from boho to preppy looks. The perforated detail makes them perfect for spring and summer. Having to walk most places, sometimes I prefer a more structured shoe like this over a sandal or sneaker.

The jeans I'm wearing are actually ecru and not pure white. I decided on this shade over the standard white because I think they will look great in the fall. An extra season to wear them? Yes, please!

And last but not least, here is a video with some highlights from the day and details of this spring look. Check it out below!

PS: Do you enjoy these videos? I have been keeping them to a minute or so, but I would love to know what else you might like to see, so please let me know! I really love the way video captures a little something extra and they are fun to make.
